AN ACT RESTORING FUNDING FOR THE CARE 4 KIDS PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That titles 4 and 17b of the general statutes be amended to restore funding to the Care 4 Kids program authorized pursuant to section 17b-749 of the general statutes so that working parents receive assistance with child care.
Statement of Purpose:
To restore sufficient funding to a child-care subsidy program allowing parents to work and progress economically.
