AN ACT CONCERNING CERTAIN CONTRIBUTIONS TO FEDERAL ACCOUNTS OF STATE CENTRAL COMMITTEES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 9-612 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit any state contractor, prospective state contractor, principal of a state contractor or principal of a prospective state contractor from making any contribution to the federal account of any state central committee.

Statement of Purpose:

To ban state contractors and related individuals from contributing to state central committee federal accounts.
