AN ACT CONCERNING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE NON-ADA DIAL-A-RIDE PROGRAM.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the appropriation to the Department of Transportation for the Non-ADA Dial-A-Ride Program be increased.

Statement of Purpose:

To ensure the availability of adequate transportation for seniors by increasing funding for Dial-A-Ride service.
