AN ACT LEGALIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN FIREWORKS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 541 of the general statutes be amended to broaden the list of fireworks approved for sale in Connecticut to include consumer fireworks currently approved for sale in other states in the northeast region.
Statement of Purpose:
To broaden the scope of fireworks that may be legally sold to persons over the age of eighteen.
