AN ACT CONCERNING CIVIL AIR PATROL FUNDING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2012) The sum of seventy-five thousand dollars is appropriated to the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013, for the Connecticut Wing Civil Air Patrol.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections: | ||
