AN ACT ESTABLISHING A CENTRALIZED DATABASE OF BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION TO FACILITATE THE COLLECTION OF COURT JUDGMENTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to establish a centralized database of bank account information to facilitate the collection of judgments issued by Connecticut and federal courts.

Statement of Purpose:

To establish a centralized database of bank account information to facilitate the collection of judgments issued by Connecticut and federal courts.
