AN ACT CREATING A SINGLE RATE OF TAX FOR THE PERSONAL INCOME TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 229 of the general statutes be amended to replace the existing rates of tax with a single five per cent rate of tax.
Statement of Purpose:
