AN ACT PROHIBITING LONGEVITY PAYMENTS TO STATE EMPLOYEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate longevity payments to any state employee.
Statement of Purpose:
To stop the practice of paying longevity bonuses to state employees.
