AN ACT REQUIRING PUBLIC HEARINGS PRIOR TO THE APPROVAL OF NEW GROUP HOMES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a public hearing prior to the approval of any new group home within a municipality.
