AN ACT ESTABLISHING A REMEDIAL READING PROGRAM FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 164 of the general statutes be amended to establish a remedial reading program for elementary school students.

Statement of Purpose:

To establish a remedial reading program for elementary school students in Connecticut.
