AN ACT CONCERNING THE INCOME TAX TREATMENT OF MILITARY RETIREMENT PAY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 229 of the general statutes be amended to increase the percentage of military retirement pay that is deductible from the income tax.
