AN ACT CONCERNING EMPLOYMENT OF PRIVATE DETECTIVES BY MUNICIPALITIES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. Subsection (b) of section 51-164n of the 2012 supplement to the general statutes is repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective October 1, 2012):

Sec. 2. Section 7-283 of the general statutes is repealed. (Effective October 1, 2012)
