AN ACT CONCERNING THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE FOUNDING DOCUMENTS TO PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Education to study the means by which the department can obtain funding from public, private and nonprofit partnerships for the purpose of providing the founding documents, including, but not limited to, the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights, to public schools in the state.
