Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a person who is guilty of swatting, or making a prank or false threat designed to engender a large emergency response, to reimburse the town or emergency responders for the cost of the response in addition to any other criminal penalties.
