AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SOUTHERN ENTRANCE RAMP AT EXIT 14 ON ROUTE 8 IN SHELTON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the issuance of bonds in accordance with sections 13b-74 to 13b-77, inclusive, of the general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate ten million dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Department of Transportation for the purpose of constructing a southern entrance ramp at Exit 14 on Route 8 in Shelton.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for a southern entrance ramp at Exit 14 on Route 8 in Shelton.
