AN ACT FULLY FUNDING HONOR GUARD DETAILS AT FUNERALS OF CERTAIN FORMER MEMBERS OF THE MILITARY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That sufficient funds be appropriated to ensure each honor guard detail ordered to attend the funeral of a former member of the military, pursuant to section 27-76 of the general statutes, consist of five members plus one bugler.

Statement of Purpose:

To appropriate funds for full honor guard details at funerals of certain former members of the military.
