AN ACT CONCERNING THE TRAINING OF SCHOOL BUS DRIVERS TO ADMINISTER EPINEPHRINE TO STUDENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-212a of the general statutes be amended to require school bus drivers to be trained in the administration of epinephrine under the program conducted by the Connecticut School Transportation Association.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent the loss of life or injury to students with allergies.
