AN ACT REDUCING THE INCOME TAX RATE ON PENSION INCOME.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 229 of the general statutes be amended to reduce the personal income tax rate on pension income by two per cent.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide tax relief to seniors and retirees by lowering the tax rate on pensions.
