AN ACT REPEALING THE AMBULATORY SURGICAL CENTER TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 211a of the general statutes be amended to repeal the six per cent tax on ambulatory surgical centers.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide tax relief to state businesses by repealing the ambulatory surgical center tax.
