AN ACT CONCERNING INVESTMENT IN PUBLIC INTEREST SECURITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 36b of the general statutes be amended to protect investment advisers and investment adviser agents from liability for recommending investment in securities promoting or advancing environmental, social or governance causes.
Statement of Purpose:
To facilitate investment in securities that advance the public interest.
