AN ACT CONCERNING THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS' AFFAIRS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 27-102n of the general statutes be amended to require that the members of the Board of Trustees for the Department of Veterans' Affairs shall include two representatives of the American Legion, two representatives of Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States, two representatives of Disabled American Veterans and two representatives of Vietnam Veterans of America.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide veteran advocacy groups with representation on the Board of Trustees for the Department of Veterans' Affairs.
