AN ACT PROHIBITING THE INTERNET PUBLICATION OF VOTER INFORMATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 143 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit publication on the Internet by a private entity of elector information contained on any record of the registrars of voters.
Statement of Purpose:
