RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE DECISION OF THE CLAIMS COMMISSIONER TO DISMISS THE CLAIM AGAINST THE STATE OF JEFFREY WEED.

Resolved by this Assembly:

That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 23727 of said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claim against the state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Jeffrey Weed, is confirmed.
