RESOLUTION GRANTING THE CLAIMS COMMISSIONER AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO DISPOSE OF THE CLAIM OF K&W CUSTOM AUTO, LLC.

Resolved by this Assembly:

That the Claims Commissioner be granted an extension for a period of one year from the date of the final adoption of this resolution by this Assembly to dispose of the claim against the state of K&W Custom Auto, LLC, file number 23976 of said commissioner.
