RESOLUTION PETITIONING CONGRESS TO CONVENE AN ARTICLE V CONVENTION TO OVERTURN THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT'S DECISION IN CITIZENS UNITED V. FEDERAL ELECTION COMMISSION.

Resolved by this Assembly:

That the General Assembly applies to the United States Congress to call a convention for the limited purpose of proposing an amendment to the United States Constitution overturning the United States Supreme Court's decision in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission.

Statement of Purpose:

To urge Congress to call a constitutional convention for the purpose of overturning the Supreme Court's Citizens United ruling.
