AN ACT CONCERNING EMPLOYEE WORKING CONDITIONS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2015) The Labor Commissioner, in consultation with the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development, shall, within available appropriations, establish a program to evaluate employee working conditions throughout the state. Said commissioners shall report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, the findings of such program to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to labor and public employees on or before February 1, 2016.

This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
Section 1	July 1, 2015	New section
