AN ACT CONCERNING THE ALLOCATION OF STATE GRANTS-IN-AID AND REGIONAL PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE PROGRAM FUNDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate the requirement that thirty per cent of state grants-in-aid and regional performance incentive program funds be allocated to regional education service centers.
Statement of Purpose:
To maximize funds from state grants-in-aid and the regional performance incentive program for regional councils of governments.
