AN ACT LIMITING LOSS OF CONSORTIUM CLAIMS TO PERSONS WHO ARE MARRIED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 925 of the general statutes be amended to limit a loss of consortium claim to an individual who is married at the time an injury is alleged to have occurred.
Statement of Purpose:
To limit loss of a loss of consortium claim to a person who is married at the time an injury is alleged to have occurred.
