AN ACT CONCERNING THE MAILING OR DELIVERY OF NEWSPAPERS AND TELEPHONE BOOKS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require newspapers and telephone books be either hand-delivered or mailed to recipients.
