AN ACT CONCERNING THE MISBRANDING OF SYNTHETIC DRUG PRODUCTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 21a of the general statutes be amended to criminalize the false advertisement or misbranding of synthetic drug products.

Statement of Purpose:

To combat illegal use of synthetic drugs.
