AN ACT CONCERNING THE PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RIGHTS IN THE EDUCATION OF THEIR CHILDREN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to allow parents to decide how their children are educated without governmental interference.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow parents to exercise their rights to freely decide how their children are educated based on their own morals and values.
