AN ACT IMPLEMENTING AN ANNUAL CAP ON BOND ISSUANCES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to implement an annual cap of $1.3 billion on bond issuances.

Statement of Purpose:

To reduce debt service by implementing an annual cap on bond issuances.
