AN ACT CONCERNING SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECTS FOR PURPOSES OF SHEFF V. O'NEILL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 173 of the general statutes be amended to change the manner in which reimbursement is provided for school building projects that will assist the state in meeting the goals of the Milo Sheff, et al. v. William A. O'Neill, et al. settlement.
Statement of Purpose:
To change the manner of reimbursement for certain school building projects.
