AN ACT INCREASING THE RETIREMENT AGE FOR THE GOVERNOR'S HORSE GUARDS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 27-53 of the general statutes be amended to extend the retirement age for members of the Governor's Horse Guards to seventy years of age.

Statement of Purpose:

To increase the retirement age for members of the Governor's Horse Guards from sixty-four years of age to seventy years of age.
