AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATE MILITARY TRAINING FACILITY IN NIANTIC.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. (Effective from passage) The select committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters concerning military and veterans' affairs shall study the feasibility of amending section 27-39a of the general statutes to change the name of the state military training facility in Niantic. Not later than January 1, 2012, said select committee shall submit a report of its findings and recommendations on such study to the General Assembly, in accordance with section 11-4a of the general statutes.

This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
