AN ACT CONCERNING AFFORDABLE HOUSING LAND USE APPEALS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to ease the burden imposed on municipalities by said section.

Statement of Purpose:

To ease the burden on municipalities from affordable housing land use appeals.
