AN ACT CONCERNING PROBATE COURT ACCESS IN THE TOWN OF COLCHESTER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2011) The probate district comprising the towns of Chaplin, Colchester, Hampton, Lebanon, Scotland and Windham, established pursuant to section 45a-2 of the general statutes, shall sit in the town of Colchester at least two days per week.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections: | ||

Statement of Purpose:
To ensure adequate access to the probate court system in the town of Colchester.
