AN ACT INCREASING STATE FUNDING FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-76g of the general statutes be amended to increase state funding to towns for costs associated with the provision of special education and related services.
Statement of Purpose:
To better support special education needs and reduce the burden on local taxpayers.
