AN ACT CONCERNING UTILIZATION REVIEWS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require any medical professional who performs a clinical peer review for purposes of a utilization review performed under title 38a of the general statutes to be licensed in the state.

Statement of Purpose:

Require peer review performed for purposes of a utilization review to be performed by a medical professional licensed in the state.
