AN ACT ALLOWING ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR DISTILLERIES TO SERVE FULL-SIZED COCKTAILS AND MIXED DRINKS AT RETAIL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to allow alcoholic liquor distilleries to serve full-sized cocktails and mixed drinks at retail for consumption on their premises.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow alcoholic liquor distilleries to serve full-sized cocktails and mixed drinks at retail for consumption on their premises.
