AN ACT CONCERNING FANTASY SPORTS CONTESTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to regulate fantasy sports contests and place a fee on winnings derived from such contests.

Statement of Purpose:

To regulate fantasy sports contests and place a fee on winnings from such contests.
