AN ACT REPEALING THE STATE INCOME TAX ON SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 229 of the general statutes be amended to repeal the state income tax on Social Security benefits.

Statement of Purpose:

To repeal the state income tax on Social Security benefits.
