AN ACT REQUIRING DIVERSION PERMITS FOR LARGE-SCALE WATER BOTTLING OPERATIONS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require diversion permits for large-scale water bottling operations except when such bottling operations are required to meet a public health emergency.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide water use guidance for large-scale bottling operations.
