AN ACT CONCERNING FUNERAL PROCESSIONS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to allow the right-of-way on the roads for funeral processions.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow funeral processions the right-of-way and alleviate safety concerns for funeral directors.
