AN ACT ALLOWING VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENTS TO CONDUCT MONEY WHEEL GAMES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 98 of the general statutes be amended to allow any volunteer fire company that conducts a bazaar in accordance with the provisions of sections 7-170 to 1-186, inclusive, of the general statutes to apply for and receive a permit to operate a money wheel game no more than twice a year.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow volunteer fire departments to operate money wheel games at fund-raising events.
