Substitute House Bill No. 6297
AN ACT CONCERNING THE TALMUDIC INSTITUTE OF CONNECTICUT AND THE BAIS BINYOMIN ACADEMY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Talmudic Institute of Connecticut in the city of Bridgeport shall have the authority to provide programs of higher learning leading to a certificate upon the evaluation and approval of such programs by the Board of Governors of Higher Education in accordance with the provisions of section 10a-34 of the general statutes.
Sec. 2. (Effective from passage) The Bais Binyomin Academy in the city of Stamford shall have the authority to provide programs of higher learning leading to a certificate upon the evaluation and approval of such programs by the Board of Governors of Higher Education in accordance with the provisions of section 10a-34 of the general statutes.
