AN ACT PROHIBITING ELECTED OFFICIALS FROM RECEIVING A STATE PENSION.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to prohibit any elected official from receiving a state pension.

Statement of Purpose:

To prohibit elected officials from receiving a state pension.
