AN ACT CONCERNING THE REGISTRATION OF MOTOR-DRIVEN CYCLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 14-286 of the general statutes be amended to require any operator of a motor-driven cycle to register such motor-driven cycle with the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Statement of Purpose:
To require an operator of a scooter to register the scooter with the Department of Motor Vehicles.
