AN ACT CONCERNING ORGAN DONATIONS BY INMATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow inmates confined in correctional facilities to donate organs.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow inmates in correctional facilities to donate organs.
