AN ACT CONCERNING A SURVEY OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS REGARDING STANDARDIZED TESTING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Commissioner of Education be required to conduct a survey, to be completed before June 30, 2013, of all students enrolled in public high schools as to their opinions on standardized testing as it relates to their education.
Statement of Purpose:
To conduct a survey to determine the opinions of high school students regarding standardized testing as it relates to their education.
